1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of a legal transaction in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity. With respect to entrepreneurs, these terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships without having to refer to them again. If the entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their validity is hereby rejected; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with PillBase GmbH.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially add our products to the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna GmbH, where you will confirm the payment instruction. This concludes the contract with us. Klarna offers the following payment options: invoice, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, direct debit, SOFORT Überweisung

Purchase on account Klarna offers you purchase on account as a payment option. Klarna takes care of the purchase on account. The payment period is 14 days from the invoice date. The invoice is issued when the goods are dispatched and either sent by email or together with the goods.
3. Delivery conditions
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs are added. You can find out more about the shipping costs from the offers.
4. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal
On our website we offer payment via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter “PayPal”).
If you select payment via PayPal, the payment data you have entered will be transmitted to PayPal. Your data will be transmitted to PayPal on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. On our website we offer payment by "Sofortüberweisung". The provider of this payment service is Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich (hereinafter “Sofort GmbH”).
With the help of the "Sofortüberweisung" procedure, we receive a payment confirmation from Sofort GmbH in real time and can immediately start fulfilling our obligations. If you have opted for the "Sofortüberweisung" payment method, send the PIN and a valid TAN to Sofort GmbH, with which they can log into your online banking account. Sofort GmbH automatically checks your account balance after logging in and carries out the transfer to us using the TAN you provided. Then she immediately sends us a transaction confirmation. After logging in, your sales, the credit line of the overdraft facility and the existence of other accounts and their holdings are also automatically checked.
In addition to the PIN and TAN, the payment data you have entered and your personal data are also transmitted to Sofort GmbH. The data about you are first and last name, address, telephone number (s), email address, IP address and any other data required for payment processing. The transmission of this data is necessary in order to establish your identity beyond any doubt and to prevent attempts at fraud. Your data will be transmitted to Sofort GmbH on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing to fulfill a contract). You have the option to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation does not affect the effectiveness of past data processing operations.

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN / TAN procedure that has been activated to participate in Sofort, legitimize yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and your account is debited.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
For entrepreneurs, the following also applies: We reserve ownership of the goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been paid in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary course of business; You assign all claims arising from this resale to us in advance in the amount of the invoice - regardless of a connection or mixing of the reserved goods with a new item - and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.
6. Transport damage
The following applies to consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
For entrepreneurs:
The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to you as soon as we have delivered the item to the freight forwarder, the carrier or the person or institution otherwise responsible for carrying out the dispatch.
7. Warranties and guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies.
The seller bears the expenses required for the purpose of supplementary performance, in particular transport, travel, labor and material costs. This does not apply if the diagnosis shows that there is no defect and the buyer has not recognized or negligent not recognized that there is no defect, but that the cause of the complaint is in his own area of responsibility, especially in the case of a defect Use and external influences, such as an accident. 9. Final provisions
If you are an entrepreneur, then Austrian law applies to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
10. In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

- Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments at the conditions specified in the cash register. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. Germany, Austria. - Sofortüberweisung: Available in Germany, Austria. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
- Direct debit: The debit is made after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the time by email.
- Credit card (Visa / Mastercard): Available in Germany. The debit takes place after dispatch of the goods or tickets / availability of the service or in the case of a subscription according to the communicated times.
The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the initiation of the purchase and the execution of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit check.
